Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC) one of the fastest growing Latino multi-platform media companies seeks a Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing Solutions (SVP,IMS) for the leading Spanish language television  stations in Monterey, CA; KSMS-TV channel 67 (Univision Affiliate), KDJT channel 33 (Telefutura Affiliate) and KCBA-TV channel 35 (Fox Affiliate).

The SVP, IMS will be responsible for new client development, retention and revenue growth that includes television broadcast stations affiliated with Univision, UniMás, LATV, FOX and mobile and online properties. Entravision has a variety of cross-platform digital content and sales offerings designed to capitalize on the company’s leadership position within the Latino broadcasting community. Candidates must have strong sales management background; a demonstrated history of  business and non-traditional revenue development is required. Candidates must possess leadership, communication, organizational and people skills along with a working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data including Nielsen,  Simmons, Sales Force, Wide Orbit Media Sales, and Kantar Media. Candidate must have strong telephone skills. Native Spanish speaking ability or bilingual proficiency preferred but not required.

Job Description/Responsibilities: Earn top dollar while building a rewarding sales career in broadcasting. Salinas/Monterey’s premier Spanish language television, radio stations and the Monterey-Salinas-Santa Cruz FOX affiliate – KCBA are seeking determined, dynamic, self-motivated sales professionals. The Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for presenting the benefits of advertising on our Television stations (Univision 67 – KSMS, UniMas – KDJT, FOX – KCBA), Radio stations (Tri-color – KLOK-FM, Jose – KSES-FM) and Interactive platform to local business owners and/or advertising agencies. The primary function of the AE is to use their interpersonal skills to sell commercial airtime, digital media, event marketing, and/or customized marketing campaigns designed to achieve the client’s objectives. Consequently, successful AE’s will focus on developing new business while also maintaining and growing existing business relationships. Additional job requirements also include research, promotions development, servicing client accounts including collections.

Job Requirements/Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills; problem solving and trouble shooting skills; ability to manage competing priorities, multitask & meet or exceed deadlines; working knowledge of general Microsoft software is essential i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.; excellent verbal and written presentation skills are critical. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. 2+ years of previous experience in outside sales and/or media sales is a plus. Must pass Company background check

Salary: Commensurate with experience, Draw against Commission.
