On a quiet street in Benghazi, a bloody reminder of the chaos that reigns in parts of Libya. Just hours before, officials say gunmen shot and killed American Roni Smith as he was jogging. Smith was a chemistry teacher working at the city's international school. The school's director, Adel al Mansouri, confirmed the death.
