OAKLAND: Board meets to address more BART problems

HERCULES: 8 homes robbed in 3 weeks

A Hercules neighborhood has been hit by a rash of home burglaries in recent weeks. Police say between November 7th and November 30th cash, jewelry and electronics were stolen from eight homes in one neighborhood.
