SANTA CRUZ, Calif - Santa Cruz Police are investigating the death of a University of California, Santa Cruz student found dead along Almar Avenue.
The Santa Cruz Fire Department says the 21 year old Benjamin Quaye was found along the railroad tracks and sustained a severe head injury.
Deputies tell Central Coast News a preliminary investigation suggests this was alcohol related and they don't suspect foul play.
