KCBA - Monterey, Salinas, Santa Cruz - News Weather-Massive Power Outage in Monterey and Pacific Grove

MONTEREY. Calif- Many customers in Monterey and Pacific Grove are without power this afternoon as PG&E works to restore power.
As of 3:30 pm, 5,600 customers were without power, including the Del Monte Center, areas of Alvarado St, and Cannery Row.
At this time PG&E is not sure what knocked out the power but they have their crews on the way and there is no estimate for power to be restored.
