Police looking for Person Of Interest In Greenfield Slaying

GREENFIELD, Calif- The Greenfield Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Francisco Alejandro Tamayo, a local resident of Greenfield.

Tamayo has been identified as a person of interest in the double homicide, which occurred at the Pueblo Inn on December 5, 2009.  Veronica Gallegos died at the scene, and Yliza Martinez later died at a San Jose area hospital.

He is described as a Hispanic male, 18 years of age, 6'3", 180 lbs., black hair, brown eyes.

If you see Tamayo do NOT attempt to apprehend hin as he is considered armed and dangerous.

The investigation is continuing, and any information concerning the homicide, or whereabouts of Francisco Alejandro Tamayo should be directed to SSgt. Fred Perez,  Greenfield Police Department at (831) 674-5111 and/or by dialing 9-1-1 IMMEDIATELY.

Greenfield, Calif- One woman is dead and one woman is in serious condition after early morning shooting in Greenfield. Chief Grubmeier said the shooting happend about 1:30am at the Pueblo Inn.
