KCBA - Monterey, Salinas, Santa Cruz - News Weather-One Shot Fired in Prunedale Armed Robbery

PRUNEDALE, Calif - Around 8:30 Sunday night Monterey County Sheriff's responded to the Super Max Grocery Store on San Miguel Canyon Road in Prunedale on reports of a robbery in progress.
Two men walked into the store and of of the suspects pointed a gun at the cashier. The suspect fired one shot in the store. Both suspects left the store with money from the cash register. They were last seen running north toward the Valero gas station on San Miguel Canyon Road.
No one was injured. No arrests have been made.
