MARINA, Calif - A weekend fire at the Otter's Den Bar and the Wells Fargo Bank at the Marina Village Shopping center is still under investigation.
The bar was open at the time of the fire, a worker, who smelled smoke and call discovered the fire on the second floor Mezzanine on fire, called 911.
Firefighters responded around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday evening. Once on the arrived they discovered that the fire was also burning in the attic of the Wells Fargo next door.
Due to the magnitude of the fire additional resources were requested for mutual aid, 28 firefighters responded from all over the county.
No one was injured in this fire but the estimated damage is between $700,000 and $1 Million dollars.
The cause of this fire has yet to be determined.
