Caltrans has two projects starting this week that are expected to cause delays.
Starting Sunday night, crews will be repaving a section of John Street in Salinas between Work Street and Wood Road; because the portion crosses over Highway 101, the John Street on-ramps will be affected.
The work will take place in the overnight hours.
On Monday, Caltrans crews will be replacing water culverts on Highway 236 in Boulder Creek.
