Kim NguyenMARINA, Calif - Kim Nguyen, 27 years old, was arrested on Friday, March 20th and booked into Monterey County Jail for allegedly killing another woman in a car crash.
Nguyen was arrested for an accident that occurred on March 3, 2009. Nguyen the driver of a Toyota sedan collided head on with an Acura sedan, driven by 20 year old Jeanette Martinez. As a result of the crash, Martinez was taken to Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital for treatment of her injuries, where she later died.
Nguyen is charged with Gross Vehicular Manslaughter, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol causing Great Bodily Injury or Death and for Hit and Run.
